As a fourth-generation surgeon, Dr. Scott Farber grew up seeing the difference that quality surgical care can make in people’s lives. Inspired by the example his family set for him, he was innately drawn to aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Within this field, Dr. Farber knew he could balance his creativity and his aesthetic eye with his innate desire to help others. To achieve his vision, Dr. Farber sought a superior medical education, completing his undergraduate degree at Tufts University before graduating from the prestigious The George Washington University medical school in 2003. From there, he completed his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery training at Michigan State University, where he served as chief resident and received numerous awards. To further his expertise and enhance his skills in cosmetic surgery, Dr. Farber spent a year refining his techniques at NYU at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital. Throughout his training, he developed a well-rounded understanding of the body and facial aesthetics, encompassing both surgical procedures and non-surgical treatments, including injectables and medical skincare. Today, Dr. Scott Farber operates Farber Plastic Surgery in Boca Raton, after choosing to bring his expertise back to his native South Florida and Palm Beach County areas. He also strives to educate other surgeons on aesthetic and reconstructive surgical techniques.

I have always struggled with having a smaller chest size, Dr. Farber helped my low confidence go away with a blink of an eye! He was so caring and informative in the pre-op phase and the procedure was so painless thanks to his expertise! A couple weeks after the surgery I looked at myself and my chest size looked so normal because of the great fit Dr. Farber implanted. I've never been so happy with my body before and don't feel like I look fake either. Totally natural and beautifully looking results all thanks to Dr. Farber!
After having Moh's surgery done I came to see Dr Farber to have the wound closed, he gave me all options and decided to do a skin graft. The surgery went very well and the recovery took some time, each time I came for a check up it was getting better.Now it has been 2 month and it looks so good and it will get better as the year passes.

Dr. Farber is a brilliant surgeon and person. I just had a Halo Lift procedure and the entire experience was better than I could have imagined. I went on many consults and knew he was the one from my first consult. He took him time going through my options. I am beyond thrilled! I have not seen my tummy this flat since I was 20 years old.
After two kids and massive weight loss, coming in for a consultation was a very emotionally experience. Having to show all your imperfections to someone you never met is a tough experience. But Dr. Farber was so wonderful!!! He was honest, helpful and made me feel so excited about how he could make me look how I feel on the inside. Dr. Farber did a beautiful job on my face. the scar originally was from eye to bottom of nose. I am 4 months out and no visible scar.
