As an employee I signed a contract for my company for business service. The company went out of business and because my name was on the contract they want to come after me for 75% of the duration of the contract. I never saw any documentation regarding this and I don't know how they can hold an employee (non-owner) liable for services that a business was using. I'll have to get an attorney and fight it. Comcast is a bade company and on top of it the service is unreliable. Not to mention each time you call in, the reps give you different information.
