This is THE WORSE BEST BUY not to count that their geek squad dept is the most horrible place and service I ever been to in my life. A bunch of young people work in that store and they are either on the phone or don't care about their customers. Everytime you call NO ONE and I mean NO ONE ever pick up and they are not even busy so god knows what the hell they are doing in there. I'm preparing to write a letter to their headquarter to inform them about the kind of business they are running in there especially the geek squad dept who don't kow what they are doing and take about two wks to fix a computer. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER THERE IF U CARE ABOUT IT. They will put u through hell!!!!!!!!
