I want to thank Dr. Prince Arrington for taking great care of me last week. I had been having trouble with one of my teeth for a few weeks, accompanied by slight swelling. However, on this past Friday, the pain and swelling sent me frantically searching for a dentist immediately. Thankfully I found Dr. Arrington. Turns out the little nagging I had been feeling had turned into a major abscess. In addition to his skill, Dr. Arrington really separated himself from all other dentists Ive ever seen through the amount of time he spent explaining the seriousness of dental infections if left untreated (like I did), including major bone loss, and potentially other life-threatening health conditions. He was so patient in explaining my options, and more importantly, how to prevent such future problems. Dr. Arrington drained the abscess and gave me some antibiotics to clear up the infection which had to be done before I can get the root canal that caused the infection in the first place. Even though this was the first time Id ever seen Dr. Arrington, he treated me like Id been one of his patients for decades. Dr. Arrington is the only dentist that Ill be seeing from now on. Everything about him and Beach Tree Dental Care his practice is five star-plus.

Pain from a severely abscessed front tooth led me to Dental Urgent Care. I called Dr. Arrington and was told to come right in. I was so glad to be sent straight to the exam room instead of some long wait in the waiting room. Dr. Arrington showed me on the x-rays that the pain was from an abscess caused by a deteriorated root. He patiently explained why the tooth couldn?t be saved, and showed me the options for a bridge, or for an implant, and gave me the total cost for each up-front. I chose to get a porcelain bridge. Dr. Arrington did not pressure me any at all to choose the more expensive implant. He got me out of pain, removed the tooth, fixed me up with a temporary flipper on the spot so that I never went without a front tooth. And I never felt a thing. He matched the color of the temporary and the permanent bridge perfectly with my natural teeth. Great office, great staff, reasonable prices, and most importantly of all GREAT, GREAT DENTIST.

Mind-numbing pain from a cracked tooth took me to Dental Urgent Care. Turns out I had two irreparable teeth. Dr. Arrington explained my options in meticulous detail, along with the benefits, shortcomings, and most importantly, cost of each choice. I chose to replace them with implants which I'd been hearing about. Dr. Arrington removed the old teeth, placed the implant immediately for one, and did bone grafting on the other due to untreated periodontal disease. He fixed me up with temporaries on the spot so that no one ever knew I was having any work done. The final porcelain crowns are matched so perfectly to my natural tooth color that it's impossible to determine which ones are the implants. I'd never had any dental procedure performed without pain, until now. Dr. Arrington took such time and care in delivering the anesthetic that I didn't even feel the needle, or any other pain.
