We are licensed, insured and bonded as direct lenders and brokers in the states of Florida, and Georgia through both the Florida's Department of Financial Services, and The Georgia Department of Banking and Finance. The owner, and principle broker, Steve Avrus has been in the financial & mortgage industry in Florida for 37 years. Avrus helped us to close a $403,000 loan that was pre approved quickly. This company has nice employees that explained everything to us. Closing costs were wired to the lawyers escrow account fast. We were assured we are closing the next day, and did. They emailed all documents in an organized fashion. I have extensive experience with loans and closings and I can say this is a great company! The choice we made to work with this company was from all the people who helped me from the first call treated me like a human being (NOT A #) and always took my calls and called me back when they said they would the most respect that they were honest about my savings on this refinance.
