Founded in 1953, The Arc of Dauphin & Lebanon Counties is a mental retardation information center, providing an array of programs and services for the patients. Its services include advocacy emphasizing individual rights, education, public awareness, resource and referral. The center offers various family driven services, positive behavior support as well as public awareness, among others. The Arc of Dauphin and Lebanon Counties is affiliated with The Arc of the United States, The Arc of Pennsylvania and other local chapters across the state.
