Blythewood Physical Therapy, located at 420-B McNulty Road in the McNulty Shopping Center in Blythewood, S.C. is owned and operated by The Columbia Rehabilitation Clinic, Inc. The Columbia Rehabilitation Clinic began servicing the greater Columbia area in 1977 and was the first private out patient physical therapy clinic in the city. We have four convenient locations, including Blythewood Physical Therapy. We can treat patients for thirty days without a Physicians referral or patients can be seen on the referral of a Physician, Podiatrist, Dentist, or Chiropractor.
