A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Nina Paletta, M.D., is a primary care physician specializing in internal medicine. Growing up, Dr. Paletta watched her dad go through medical school and residency, so when she got older, she began working with him in his plastic surgery office. She couldnt imagine a more perfect career for herself after seeing his impact on each patients life. Dr. Paletta loves the ability to help people live their healthiest lives. She understands that medicine and health can be very confusing, so her passion is to help her patients understand their medical conditions and how to manage them. Some of her top clinical interests include heart failure, diabetes, infectious disease, transplant, and geriatric medicine. When Dr. Paletta is not in the office, you can find her walking her two rescue dogs with her husband, dancing in the studio, or sewing with her mom. She is always on the go, and her friends always say that she doesnt know any other speed than full speed ahead.
