First the store was filthy, then the manager, who also boasted that she's the owner, was totally out of control the day we visited; there were not many customers in store (now we know why); she was incredibly rude, even yelled at us and others in line; wish we'd called the local cops on her (verbal assault charges at a minimum); we were told by many of the area locals and other visitors that this particular owner is known around those parts as that "crazy island woman" (right on, man). Also, the ice cream at this store is incredibly poor quality (ice cyrstals covered most of the stale ice cream containers on display); so, don't waste your time or your money and go enjoy your vacation/holiday time and ice cream treats at one of crazy woman's BETTER competitors who not only welcome people but also welcome well-behaved pets (a major developing trend); maybe this "crazy island woman" should develop a Prozac flavored ice cream (giddyup) for herself! GETS A BIG ZERO VOTE HERE!

Manager very arrogant. All items extremely overpriced and not that good. 1st visit and won't be back

managers and employees extremely rude to people spending money on overpriced items.

This company doesn't rate even 1 star; their customer service is the rudest I've even encountered. This attitude apparently comes from management as the manager of this establishment could not have been more unpleasant and rude. I will be surprised if they stay in business. I will NEVER go there again. They may be able to stay in business since they are in a transient area with mostly tourist trade.
