Horrible customer service. No return of phone calls - no show for appointments for estimate - has not provided any written or verbal estimate of projects. Continues to apologize and make excuses, blaming their "glass distributer" for their current troubles. But they are unreliable, do not keep their promises of calling back, etc. I would not recommend this company at all - you will run out of patience!!!

They came on a Monday to give an estimate for a broken transom window in our kitchen. We were to get a quote within 24 hours. Two days later we called--they couldn't locate the paperwork but would call back. No call. Our telephone messages went unanswered on day 4. Then they call and quizzed us about who did the initial measurements on Monday--what did he look like since he didn't give us his name. Still mystified as to who they sent to our house! They said they'd call first thing on morning of day five. Guess what? No call. Wouldn't know what kind of service they would provide since they can't even keep track of their own employees or paperwork.
