This is my favorite Subway in the WV-VA area. The service is always pleasant and their product is always fresh! I've been a regular customer for over 8 years and I've noticed that they have a low turnover in help. It says a lot when your met with a friendly greeting & everyone is doing the best they can do even when they are backed out the door with customers. Keep up the great work!!
I work for a large doctors office and we have drug reps bring lunch in to our office, We have ordered from this Subway multiple times and we always fax our order. I always call and confirm that they have received the order. The last several times when I call to confirm order I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried for over an hour and no one ever picks up. The times before when I did get thru, the people are always rude and tell me that we need to give them more time. These orders are faxed in by 10:00 so that should be ample time.
