Blue Springs High School operates under the Blue Springs School District. It offers classes to more than 1,600 students every year in grades nine through 12. Blue Springs High School offers classes in various subjects, including accounting, business technology, computer science, food and nutrition, family relations, mathematics, French, German, Spanish, English and social studies. The school also offers various services and facilities, and organizes a range of activities for students. It organizes several winter sports events, including basketball, swimming, diving and wrestling. The Blue Springs School District also operates other schools, such as James Walker Elementary School, Valley View High School and John Nowlin Elementary School.
