Techs arrived promptly and did their job very efficiently...Took time to explain and answer questions in a courteous way. Thanks to them, I am relishing in my house with a new central air unit and in time for the upcoming scorching days...Very happy.. Only disappointment was American Home Shields lack of communication with Superior...had to wait two weeks for replacement. Techs apologized even though they were not at fault.. Very professional guys...and very pleased with their service...thanks Rich and son.....you guys rock!

Have used them twice. Both times the repairs were minor but yet done properly. I'd call them again. The only gripe I have is the way they schedule. They have someone call you back that evening, or the next, with a time. Calvin in East Norriton.
