TPY's principals direct each project, regardless of size, to ensure personalized service, special attention to client schedules, and unmatched value. The firm was established in 1973 in Cincinnati but traces its roots back sixty years when the founder, Truman Young, started his consulting practice in 1946 with the firm Hanly & Young.
