Jewish Vocation Service is a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization committed to helping people increase their self-sufficiency, independence and participation in the community by providing a continuum of vocational, educational and related services. The organization is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. It has operated for more than 65 years and offers services in southwest Ohio for business, career and job-related needs. Jewish Vocation Service assists individuals in preparing for, obtaining and maintaining community employment. The organization offers programs for seniors, as well as therapeutic social and recreational services. Its skill development programs focus on money management, safety, exercise, communication, housekeeping, dietary planning, creative arts and time management. Jewish Vocation Service maintains a location in Cincinnati.
