I stopped in at this location of Jacks on my way to the water park one week day. I ordered the ten piece chicken meal with cream potatoes and green beans. My order was ready in a few minutes. One employee gave me plenty of napkins, straws and plates since I was going to picinic at the park. Service was good as well as the food, I will be back for more.

the food is best only in the morning. when night falls the food becomes dry, hard, and gross. the service is the worst it has ever been. i've been a regular customer, but every time i stop by i'm disappointed yet again. maybe this comment here and on their hotline will do some good.
