If you have a family of more than 6 people AND OR have children under the age of 16 this is NOT the place for you. Please be sure to read ALL of the rules posted in this website and park as the owner is EXTREMELY picky about them being followed and patrols the area hourly to enforce them or ensure no one is breaking . We had a horrible time, the owner is irrational and unreasonable and we were constantly harrassed and being watched. This is NOT a family friendly park as most of the inhabitants are elderly or childless. You will need to be quiet at all times and your children cannot "visit" people. Forget going on the beach with the kids unless your spouse or significant other comes with you- no one is there during the week. Oh and bringing your dog, if he/she barks you will be asked to leave. We should have left after the first day but would not have gotten a refund. During our stay, we watched 5 or 6 people pack up/leave because they had such a miserable time. NEGATIVE 100 STARS
