its all fun and games until you get the letter listing all the bogus charges and all the reasons why you are not getting your deposit back. From new carpet to leaving trash to new painting. I went thru the apartment after we moved my daughter out. My husband went thru the apartment to double check. Then my daughter and her boyfriend went through the apartment. there was no trash in the apartment. They girls did not hang anything on the walls. the refrigerator was emptied and cleaned. My daughter got a bill that she owed money, but her roommate did not get a bill. Perhaps because she owed rent? does that sound fair.....was my daughter charged for both renters. Was my daughter penalized because she did not owe rent? Do not rent from this place. My daughter was distraught when she did not get her deposit back. and even more distraught when they dismiss the students when they call in to complain and treat them like garbage.

Don't do business with these guys. Piero will try to take every last penny from you.
