I am satisfied with everything that Touchstone Yoga and Massage has done for me over the years.

I always feel confident in myself when I go to Touchstone. The instructors are so nice and helpful. I appreciate how much they care about what they do. It motivates me to do better for myself.

There are so many options to choose from so it is always different and fulfilling for every class that I go to at Touchstone Yoga. Their instructors are experts and very knowledgeable about it. I appreciate there hard work and advice.

I love working with Denise. She is a great instructor and takes a quieter approach to Gentle Yoga. I prefer that before things start there isn't lots of conversation on the part of the person leading the practice. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I would definitely recommend Touchstone Yoga and Massage to my friends, and I do all the time. Everyone there is great and the yoga classes are fantastic. They have all different levels so even if you're a beginner like me, they have something for you.
