very poor, my trash is supposed to be picked up on Wendsday, about every other week they just drive by without stopping, even though there can is sitting next to the Road, call there number multible times, always goes to voicemail or voicemail says its full, probable everybody else complaining. have never returned any of my messages pay by the year and as of this review I figure they owe me about three months free, for not picking up every week.

For 5 years, Sears and Sons picked up our trash with no issues. I called before moving out, paid off my entire balance, requested pick up of move-out trash, and was told they'd be there in a day or two. It's been TWO WEEKS. They only answer the phone about 1/3 of the time and give a standard response of "we're running behind and will get there as soon as possible." TWO WEEKS. NO EXCUSE.

I have used this company for 10+ years and have always had great service. They even pick up extra around holiday and I have never been charged extra. They are always reliable and I've never had a problem with billing. I love the fact that they are a local family owned business in our community.

Sears and Sons provided standard curbside pickup service at my home for seven years, but when I discontinued service due to my move they would not pick up the provided receptacle. After four phone calls (had to leave messages because I couldn't get a person on the phone) and several weeks, the receptacle is still in my drive. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company.

We've never dealt with a company that is this terrible. Our contractor rented a dumpster for our remodeling, but Sears and Sons will NOT come and remove it. It has been sitting in our driveway for 8 weeks, blocking our garage. Repeated calls are ignored, we have begged them to pick it up and it still sits there, full and smelly. Don't EVER use this company for dumpster rental unless you want to store their dumpster for them on your private property.

This is the BEST trash removal company by far. Picks up anything i set out and returns to pick my trash up if I forget trash day. Family owned and operated for years. Love the service they give to our house. Nedra

Our landlord pays this 'business' to pick up our trash. If we had to pay them, they would have been fired 2 weeks after we moved in. They pick up trash in the middle of the night IF they pick it up at all. No one ever answers the business line. My trash has now been sitting since Wednesday afternoon in hopeful anticipation of a midnight pick-up. Then when that didn't happen, we left it for Saturday which is when they came last week but only after we contacted the landlord to make certain he still paid them to pick up here. He chased them down the road to get an answer since no one answers the business phones. Saturday midnight came and went. It is now 3:15pm Sunday, the eyesore trash is still sitting along a very busy road. Apparently customer service is not Sears & sons forte.

I would recommend Sears and Sons to anyone and everyone. The service is great! NEVER had a problem with billing. And my trash has always been picked up on time. Maybe that is because I pay my bill regularly. The drivers are outstanding!! They always set my trash cans up right and put the lids back on top. If I ever need to speak with them they are very friendly and take the time out of their busy day to stop and chat with me. My driver says I am one of his favorite stops because I usually don't have much trash and I actually have all of my trash bagged. Sears and Sons by far blows every other trash service out of the water!

I too wish to give them NO STARS. I too have experienced unreliable pickups (missed the last 2 out of 3 weeks), I've called repeated times, been promised pickup, hasn't happened. My most recent billing was also screwed up. I'm done. I'll be finding a new service just as soon as I can notify S&S. Currently, even their voice mail box is FULL...It's pretty bad when they can't even EMPTY VOICE MAIL.

No stars if this system would let me. Unprofessional billing. Unreliable pickup. Been a customer over 10 years. They've missed my trash two weeks in a row. Called four times in last 8 days and been promised pickup--hasn't happened.
