It's sad that one individual of the store can override a positive review of the store. What some employees of a retail customer service base store need to realize that their attitude goes a long way. When there are out of towners trying to find information about the Bloomington/Paynetown area, asking simple questions. There is no need for the retail service person behind the counter to have a bad attitude or uses the phrase "I don't care what other locations do". There is no need for that type of service; this shows their ignorance to communicate effectively and obviously to growth profit potential their needs to be some type of training or follow up training on customer service. DNR really needs to look into the person who is representing Paynetown General Store.
