Everytime I go to this location I get horrible service. Today I dropped my car off and I asked 3 times if they would call when it was done. They never called..I had to call them. The guy ringing me up at the front desk keeps yelling at someone on the phone and then looks at me and says "I assure you that is not a customer" Customer or not, you should not be talking like that to anyone on the phone in front of customers. One other time I called to have my alignment checked they told me to bring the car right over. I drive 45 mins to get there for them to tell me that the alignment guy is gone. If we didn't buy the lifetime alignment package I would never go back.

Very honest about how much the work will cost. My car ended up costing more than it was worth and they let me leave in their lot for a couple weeks until I could have it sold off. Much appreciated!
