Good afternoon, I am please to review the Andy Mohr service department and especially Shawn Deckard. I've been buying Honda since about 2001 (Accord, Ridgeline, CRV, Civic (lease), CRV, Pilot). All were new except the Civic. I like the quality of the cars, but the main reason is their service department. Shawn takes great care of us and makes sure the job is done to his standards which are pretty high. There is always a ride to work and then a lift back to Andy Mohr. My in-laws moved to Bloomington a couple of years ago and bought an HRV a year ago, they are working with Jon Riveire to lease a Civic for their son in Manhattan. If it were not for the service department and Shawn we would likely not keep coming back to buy new cars. We've had a very good ownership experience.Best,Ulrik
Just bought a used SUV from Stephens Honda and had a very pleasant shopping experience. Eve Brendel was very helpful and worked hard to find the right car for my needs. The first time I visited, Stephens didn't have what I was looking for, so Eve took down my information and what I was looking for. Without seeming pushy, she would call me periodically when they would get an appropriate vehicle in stock. Eve really listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me on a higher priced car or what she "needed" to sell. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. They offered other services, but didn't push them on me. Eve seemed as excited as I was when I found THE car for me and got the deal I needed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new car. I feel that I got a very reliable vehicle at a fair price.

Desmond Christian did a great job getting my wife and myself into a new 2012 Honda Odyssey. The process was smooth and painless and I couldn't have been happier with the sales process. With one exception (that had nothing to do with Desmond or sales), I've always been extremely pleased with the service we got on our Hondas at Stevens. -- Gregory Travis
I wish I could give them 0 stars, but it is apparently impossible. This is a review for their 'sales' department. This dealer first told me they found the car I wanted in the color I wanted and, when the day came for me to pick it up, the car was not there (and the salesman that said it was fine for me to come and pick it up was not in either). Latter I found out that they did not even find the car that I asked for and then they kept trying to sell me a different color car. Their staff was generally unfriendly (with the exception of the cashier that refunded me without giving me trouble) and I find their service unacceptable. Drive to Evansville if you want a Honda (or any other place...but do not waste your time with this dealer). Evansville Honda found the car I wanted in the color I wanted in less than 2 hours - both first and second options for color, and is having it shipped in 2 days (Stephens took over 2 weeks to NOT find me the right vehicle). I have used several other Honda service departments in other states we have lived in, and this service department is the best out of all of them. Josh Eads was very helpful. He seemed willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy and comfortable.
I had a good experience at Stephens Honda. I went back this time because I had a good experience before. Desmond Christian did a very good job as well as the rest of the people I worked with. The Accord is great. I would recommend others to show there also.

My experience at Honda service has been excellent for many years. Especially helpful in keeping my many cars in good working order is Mike Burnett who is not only pleasant to work with but also helpful in arranging for all that is needed to fix whatever needs to be done. Mike always takes time to explain the work that will be done in understandable terms which I greatly appreciate. I give him a 5-star rating for his work as well as his helpful and friendly attitude.

Id like to commend Stephens Honda for making this purchase such a pleasant experience. In particular, I want to single out Lance Easley. Mr. Easley was friendly and helpful, but also laid-back and never badgered me (unlike some other car salespeople I've encountered). I also felt that he gave me a fair deal and helped give me a good deal for my trade-in. My father, who came with me to buy the car, has purchased a dozen cars in his life, and he was highly impressed with Mr. Easley. In fact, my father said that if he ever bought a Honda, he would come back to Stephens Honda--even though he lives in North Carolina.The manager, Derek, was also friendly and time-efficient. I was happy to give you my business. At 32, I've owned 6 new cars (I always buy a new one when my warranty runs up!). The last one I traded in to you all for my new TUCSON :). I am enjoying it very much thus far, but will be REALLY putting it to the test in a couple of days when we use it to make the 16 hour drive to our house on the beach in FL. I'm sure it will be smooth riding and I'm very much looking forward to it. It's beautiful, I love the features, and the warranty is very nice! Much better than all of my previous cars (3 yrs) so I believe it's highly likely that I will stick with Hyundai's from here on out. Thanks again! Jordan

My experience with the salesman was great. The finance manager great. Even a salesman that was not mine was overly helpful. Thought I got a pretty good deal and was pleased except for the amount on trade in. Went to pick up the car sign papers etc. Everything was set and ready to go.

The Stephens Honda service dept. is top notch!! Mike, Shawn and Erin always greet me by name, which is very impressive. From routine oil changes to major repairs I have always been kept in the loop and provided realistic time and cost expectations. I have owned many Honda cars and have taken them to many other dealers and Stephens is by far the best. Taking my car to them does not make me feel like I'm going to the dentist! -Janice T.

Been buying Hyundais there for a while. Shopped Indy at large dealer was made to feel stupid, treated rude and they tried to con me into paying for a paint sealent that they put on all their cars for $700! What a ripoff! Stephens does not use any tactics like that! Was very happy and treated fairly without a huge hassle of the grinding by muliple managers! I saved thousends and could not be happier with service before and after sale! Top notch first class people. I will recommend them to everyone I can.-Butler
