The service was bad, they was so rude, and they told me 2 different prices, also on my left hand my pointer finger is not straight

This nail salon IS NOT worthy of your money or time. The service I had done was a pedicure. The lady doing my nails rushed through the entire process and painted my toes in under 1 minute for BOTH feet. Very unrelaxing. By far the sloppiest, careless service I've ever recieved

I've gone 2 times. The first time I wasn't impressed but the person doing my nails was distracted taking care of her child. I went back 2 days ago and got a gel re-fill. My color is now peeling off and my thumb nail just broke off, which is very hard to do. I will not be going back and am very disappointed and wasted $40 since I will not have to pay another $15-$20 to get it fixed elsewhere. I went in to get them fixed and they argued with me in the kindergarten fill and polish that was preformed and told me the same guy was going to do them. I said I didn't want to and the girl just laughed at me. I left and called them and the manager or whatever male argued with me and not ONCE did they apologize for how bad of a job it was. They commented on how bad it was too. WOW super bad customer service and I'm a pretty tolerable person until you tell me I'm wrong when 5 seconds later you said it looked awful. Poorly mishandled

Absolutely the worst nail job I have ever had. My nails which were nice length were filed all the way down to nothing. The French tips in shellac were so poorly painted, I have to go back because it's embarrassing! I'm not going to go work with people and have my nails looking like this. I will not go back and if they cannot fix this nail, I will have them take it off, and go elsewhere after I get a refund!

Would definitely not come here again. Was asked to come back at 8:30, at that time they still did not have anyone ready to seat me. Man doing my nails left several times to eat. Took over an hour for my nails to be done and switched my worker several times. Several other girls walked back in saying they did thei entire nail shape wrong (wanted square nails but gave her pointed) and refused to re do their nails saying that's what she asked for. We're very difficult to work with, would not recommend.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!

I have been here twice and BOTH times it has been a HUGE inconvenience for them to provide me with timely, friendly, and complete service that you would/should expect from a nail salon. They act as though you should be thanking them for even looking at you much less than providing you a service that you pay for. Over priced,l horrible service, and they don't CARE about you or anything else... oh, and expect to spend AT LEAST 1-2 hours for a polish change on your toes and a full set...

Tracy does an incredible job. I always leave feeling very relaxed.
