I've been to the SEC three times for post-surgery rehab as well as trained in their athletic center for 2 years. As a D1 scholarship athlete, I highly recommend this center based on quick recovery times I have had in the past. Also, I've trained with national and olympic champions and can tell you the their exercise center and program is world class.
