The Tri-County Special Education Association, also known as TCSEA, serves the special education needs of students, parents, educators and administrators in McLean, DeWitt and Logan Counties in Illinois. The organization offers early childhood special education programs for children between the ages of 3 and 5. Established in 1967, it also offers technical assistance, program consultation and professional development services. The Tri-County Special Education Association additionally provides education and family networking activities. The organization offers occupational and physical therapy, screening and evaluation services. It has partnerships with the Illinois State Board of Education, Academic Development Institute and Illinois Alliance of Administrators of Special Education. The Tri-County Special Education Association maintains one of its locations in Bloomington, Ill.
