The billing dept is so bad. I have not received any bills by the mail, but received a notice from collection agency at the end of 6 months. I am not sure how they can do that. So had to get back to them to pay the balance and inform them of switching to a diff clinic for the simple reason to avoid any more notices from collection agencies and impact to my credit history.
