Located in Bloomington, Ill., McLean County Adult Probation is a county government-operated division that supervises and monitors offenders. The division also administers the Youthful Intoxicated Driver Visitation Program (YIDVP), which includes testing services. McLean County Adult Probation is a part of McLean County Court Services, which is a department that offers domestic violence counseling, treatment and evaluation services. The department provides presentence investigation and public defender screening services. In addition, McLean County Court Services provides juvenile supervision, diversion and employment assistance services. The department maintains a juvenile detention center that offers mental health assessment and educational services. It additionally provides early identification and intervention services for juveniles.
