I purchased some paint from Lowes and was a little nervous dealing with a big box store. I then had a problem with the paint so I thought here comes the headache. Well, I was wrong. I notified my sales person who promptly (within minutes) investigated the problem, called me back AND met me onsite to talk to the customer. Wow was that great service. They completely took care of the problem and worked with us to assure it would not happen again. Thank you Phong and Lowes for making this experience like working with a locally owned business!
