Excellent response time, professional, and even educational. Replace a valve in my washer.Competitive prices for part and labor. Can't put the price on a piece of mind, folks. Priceless! Thank you, Aaron and Matt!Irina Q.

I called JT Appliance Repair because I needed repairs for my dryer. The repair man did a good job diagnosing exactly what the problem was and adequately explained the problem. I ultimately bought a new dryer because the original one was old but the pricing for the repairs was fair. I will definitely call them again if I need repairs.
We have had a great experiences with JT's over the years. I called them last week with a problem. They diagnosed it over the phone and helped me fix it myself...at no cost! Not many places are willing to take jobs away from themselves to help you like that!! Nice people that do good work.
I am a very satisfied customer of JT'S Appliance Repair. I had a dehumidifier that was not working well and was still under warranty. I took it to JT'S and they took time to look at it soon after I dropped it off. The co that manufactured the dehumidifier wanted to replace it but needed paperwork. Margaret at JT'S filled out and faxed all the necessary forms and papers quickly and accurately so my replacement came promptly. This was mid-summer and I needed the dehumidifier and had a replacement within 8-9 working days after dropping off my old machine. The people at JT'S are really nice to deal with.

My three year old dryer broke this morning with two full loads of wet laundry needing to be dried. I called JT's at about 12:30 and they game me a service window of 3-5pm. The tech arrived promptly at 2:58pm and had my dryer fixed by 3:15pm. The service call was 45 dollars and 60 dollars for a new heating element, not to bad considering. Along with fixing the dryer, the tech pulled a softball sized ball of lint out of the vent tube that was caused by the original installer crushing the tube, thank you sears, and re-aligned the vent tube to prevent the lint ball from reforming. I will use them again if anything else breaks. C.G. Ludko
