Been renting a nice house from Excel in a historic neighborhood for 3 years. Staff is always friendly,respectful & courteous. Maintenance crew is knowledgeable and fast. In the rare occasion that I have needed assistance, Excel has always been there to help and is willing to work with their clients. I'd recommend them to anyone moving to Bloom/Norm.

I had rented a property from them for a period for 2 years. Everytime i had a conceren with the rental they would use threatening tone and frequently remind you if they would have to come out there was a possiblity of incuring a twenty five dallor fee.(example: central a/c was inopperable thru out a 4 unit building in the middle of summer. Their words to me was to deal with it. They have more important things to due since they had other tennants moving out and they to get that property ready. Mind you i have a 2 year old daughter in the residence and its over 90 degrees). They can and will do everything with in the legal requirements, but if something was to happen (loss of job ,family hardship,etc) don't expect them to work with you. I moved out and the appartment was pretty clean w/ normal wear and tear and they had tried to keep almost 800 dallors of my security deposit. If i could give anyone some advive it would be to stay away from Excel.
