Country financial worked with me as a "high risk" driver, to keep my rates the same, even though they should have gone up. My agent went the extra mile for me when I was in a bad situation. Though every insurance company has their upsides and downsides, I will stick with Country financial as long as I can. They respect me and work hard to help me. Specifically James Maciokas and the heads of his branch. I thank them for all their hard work and feel a good review online is the least I could do.

I highly recommend agent Bernie Gaston in West Dundee. He was able to save me money on the insurance I needed and pointed out a few places where my current agent left a whole in my coverage! He took time to explain exactly what I am paying for and answered all of my questions with professionalism but in a way I could also easily understand. I've already referred my family and my wife's parents to him and they are enjoying the service he provides.

The agent I talked to was honest and even though he couldn't help me he pointed me in the right direction and then followed up a week later to see if I needed any help.
