owner made estimate of $150 - $200 and promised a written estimate. He promised masking & drop cloths and a runner down carpeted stairs. he promised thorough clean up. he promised completion in 3 days. job was to skim coat bathroom. no written estimate ever received. no masking, drop cloths or runner. poor clean up - we had to clean sheet rock dope off tile, wood work and floors outside of bathroom. job took five days to complete because workers would not work on Saturday as promised. I called owner to complain. he said he would adjust the bill. bill received was for $200. Quality of work was good.
I had some repair work done. The guy was on time who did the estimate, and the guys who actually did the work wrere on time when they needed to show up to do the work. They had to be left in the house alone because no one was available to be home during the day. They were trustworthy. They did quality work. They did a SMALL amount of extra 'bonus' repairs, and did not charge extra.

I had some repair work to do and they set up 2 appointments to quote the job and never showed up, no call no show. Not very professional if you ask me. Not that it would be hard to come over, I live close to their office.
