Very poor customer service. I first went to the kohls in Elmhurst to see if it's possible they can print me out a reciept for a toy that I had bout my nephew dec 5th and he didn't open it till xmas of course and it was broken and cracked and I could not find reciept anywhere so I thought it would be easier for her to return it if I mailed her a reciept since she lives in moline and they said absolutely we can print that out for u just had to look it up on my charge card. They where very nice about it but they couldn't find the item and said go to the kohls I baught it from and they will print me a reciept out or just call and they will give me the number from reciept. So I went to the bloomingdale one to get it printed out and right away they gave me bad attitude saying they can not do that they never do that. I explained how I was told by the manager from other kohls to come here and another lady behind counter said we have custumers we need to help we can't be doing that. Last I know I am one of the customers but ok then she told me if I would have brought the broken drum set in the day I bought it or at least earlier Maybe they would have made a reciept for me. It was in a box I had explained how was I supposed to know it was broken I got it dec 5th and it wasn't opened till xmas. They where so very mean about it.

The store is nice - however, the women's dressing room has dust bunnies that are as big as I have ever seen! Every time I go into it, it is the same.

I have been a charge customer for 25 yrs. I want to acknowledge an employee of yours that is a true asset to Kohls. Her name is Bente, and she is always so nice, polite, and always ready to help. I've never written a review before about an employee, but she is an exception. She is one of the reasons I keep shopping at Kohls. I hope you apprciate her as much as I do!

I am so tired of the lack of customer service that the good prices are not even worth it any more. You would think that in these times when jobs are hard to come by employees would care more about their jobs. If someone asks for help don't say well she just left and then leave it at that. Find someone who can help,like a manger!! Get a clue, how many customers can you lose before you catch on!
