Nice building, and most of the staff is wonderful unfortunately they have a young gentleman director that I've seen speak to residents and staff inappropriately. My father had meds distributed incorrectly however we were not able to prove this was the fault of this facility. Any resident that does not follow this manager's rules are made unwelcome. Tried contacting the parent company with complaint to find they do not follow up with complaints only refer them back to this director. Made complaint to state & county with no results as well. Its sad my parent didn't enjoy his time there this late in life should have been easier for him.
