Receptionist needs help. Today I had a scheduled appointment with Connie. I specifically asked for this stylist. Unfortunately when I arrived I had an appointment but the requested stylist was not written. Of course, she already had a client. My option was to come back later or wait. I was furious. It was a terrible position to be in desperately needing to have my hair done. Another stylest jumped in to help and braided me up. Then Connie worked very fast to get to me. She's the best. I appreciate her response to my sense of urgency. I requested her because she "knows her stuff" when it comes to the closure piece. Overall what start4d out to be a bad experience was quickly turned into a good exprience. Thank you Connie. I hope the owner appreciates you as I do. I highly recommend this shop because of Connie. Again she's the best!!! Michelle Harris

This review on the Bloomfield nj shop. You get what you pay for .. Cheap poor quality service.. Will Not return to this franchise . If you actually care about your REAL HAIR on Scalp , and not just your outer appearance (weave) then you will pay professional salon who give you knowledge on how you should treat your hair. And not have someone rushing and not taking time to sew in correctly braiding too tight.. ( bumps ) sew in closure incorrectly , forgetting services I check on intake form Taking my money and generous tips somewhere Else.

I was referred to this shop by a co-worker and I was very, very satisfied. I kept it sort of simple because it was my first visit but when I go back I'm getting what I really want. I really appreciated the professional atmosphere and the ladies were very courteous. Conchetta was my stylist. She is quick, professional and extremely pleasant and I will be asking for her when I go back. Different strokes for different folks. but I can't imagine what displeased the other reviewers. Don't hesitate; give it a shot. What's the worst that can happen????? You just don't go back, that's all.
I was referred to the Bloomfield location by my friend. I traveled to the shop from Brooklyn.I visited the shop on Sat Dec 18th I got the gold package. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Conchitta was my stylist. She was fast, friendly and professional. I can't believe i use to pay $175 for my sew in's. YOU GOTTA CHECK THEM OUT.
It was my first weave attending the $50 weave shop. It was ok, I felt as if certain employees at the weave shop were meant to do weaves and some were not and when I attended the weave shop with my sister her weave lasted and looked nice while my own did not look so nice, so it depends on who does it in there. Im not taking chances and I'm sure you wouldn't either, so schedule your appointment and make sure it is someone you know, otherwise its a 50/50 chance.

I went to this shop a week ago. I must say that it is not worth the money. You are better off getting your home girl in her basement to it. The owners are very nice and professional. However, there stylist need to go back to hair school. I got the platinum service and it did not hold up, unfortunately my friends and family was not impressed. There was one girl that their hair did turn out nice. Again, the service of the owners are excellent but the stylist need to get a clue. Unfortunately, I am taking my weave out after a week.
