I've been attending Al Bender's Kung Fu Academy since 2001. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kung fu at Al Bender's is the perfect blend of fun and intense. I'd recommend this school to anyone interested in martial arts!
