Sarah believes that connectedness is one of our most basic human needs. As such, she strives to foster relationships with her patients. Through employing compassion and empathy, she focuses on creating a space where her clients feel comfortable and are at ease. Importantly, Sarah adheres to a holistic approach to mental health treatment in that she believes individuals are best understood by considering all aspects of their well-being, including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health.
