Mr. Eizelman was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 27, 1952. He was admitted to the bar in Michigan in 1978 and in the District of Columbia in 1982. He received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University (B.A., 1974), his law degree from Detroit College of Law (now known as the Law College at Michigan State University) (J.D., 1978), and his Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law School (L.L.M., 1982). Mr. Eizelman was a Note and Comment Editor for the Detroit College of Law Review, and authored the Note, "License Revocation and Procedural Due Process." He was a Staff Attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Investment Management from 1979 to 1980. He was a Senior Staff Attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance in 1980 and 1981.

- ForeclosureWayne Law Review. Mr. Gould is a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the University of Michigan Law School, where he teaches a course on Real Estate Finance law. Mr. Gould was appointed in 2009 by the Supreme Court of Nevada to serve as a foreclosure mediator under Nevada's new foreclosure mediation law. Mr. Gould has also been appointed in 2010 by the Nevada Supreme Court as an arbitrator for the Eighth Judicial District Court (Clark County) Court-Annexed Arbitration Program. Mr. Gould has completed more than sixty (60) hours of mediation training, including completing the “Litigating the Mediated Case” course at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution through the Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Gould is a member of the Real Property Sections of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Nevada, and is a member of the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Section of the State Bar of Nevada.
