Watch out for these guys. They come in and pretend to do a thorough analysis just to recommend the one system they know how to do. Then the work may or may not be done as agreed upon. Once you pay it only gets worse from there. They do not stand behind any work they do. They claim they warranty everything, but nobody ever calls back and they treat you like garbage. They have not been around long for a reason. They have a number of failed businesses in the past under different names.

Extremely poor service. This company does not communicate well or treat customers like they should. Their scheduling people messed up twice causing missed work. The job was done completed right the first time and required rework. The sum failed within 9 months and when I called for warranty service the person who took the call was rude and did everything possible to avoid being helpful. Once they get their money, you're nobody to them. STAY AWAY!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! The service at this company was horrible. Scheduling was messed up by them multiple times. The product seems good so far in the first year except the sump failed within 8 months. Getting a service person to come out was a horrible battle. They were rude and never returned calls. Worst service ever.

Be cautious when hiring this company. They use many tactics to make you think that they are able to help you recoup money from previous owners of the home, when in actuality, they have no idea what they are talking about. They start to coach you through the process of going to arbitration against the previous owner, and then they stop communicating with you once you make your payments. I would suggest a company that does not try to coax you into such actions. The actual work that they did was ok. No more leaks. But while they were in our home they broke a light switch and did not offer to fix it. They also left a mess on our floors and on our pavement. Again- this is just a word of caution when getting a quote from them. I would be absolutely SURE to get more than one quote to make sure they are the lowest price for the same work.
