Bloomfield High School is a multicultural suburban public school serving more than 700 students in grades nine through 12. The school offers programs in academics, the arts and athletics. It has academic departments for various subjects, such as English, science, math, social studies and world languages. Additionally, it offers a junior reserve officer training corps program. The school has a special education team that comprises certified personnel who case manage, teach resource classes and co-teach with regular education teachers. The institution also offers various sports activities, including soccer, cheerleading, basketball and football. Its visual arts department offers a discipline-based art education with a focus on modern art and contemporary themes as a basis for its curriculum.
