I have lived here for 4 yrs and I love living here and have had no problems with the apartment of the management, David is a great and may I say the best manager of an apartment complex I have ever lived in. I WOULD recommend this apartment complex to anyone. David takes pride in the complex and he is always around to fix anything and he is updating the complex. He charges everyone the same amount of rent. I suggest if someone wants to talk bad about the apartment and David they should check out apartments in OKC, and once they do they will Kiss the ground at Summerfield in Blanchard, Ok. AWESOME APARTMENTS AND MANAGEMENT, I plan on living here forever if I can.

This review is from the owner in regards to Amanda Cs review and C. Z. Review both tenants were upset because they did not receive a full deposit back. Amanda C is a liar and a terrible house keeper and bad tenant. We charge everyone the same rates. Some people give bad reviews because they don't like rules and don't like to follow them. Anyone reading this review can contact any tenant in the complex and ask about the management of the complex and how things are taken care of instead of reading reviews from past tenants that are mad because they didn't get their way.

He says that they are "drug free" but my apartment was broken into by kids who were hosting a drug party a few apartments down. I contacted him to let him know and it seemed like it didn't matter to him and that I was bothering him!! Do not move here! It is terrible. If you move out and want to move back he will make you pay double what everyone else does to move in. He is a liar and a perv!!!! Go across the street to high point/point pleasant they are more expensive but better apartments and friendlier people. LOOK SOMEWHERE!!! PLEASE!!!!
