Professional Standards: I complete report at a time; meaning I research and analysis each report with current relevant data, utilize sound methodology in developing a credible opinion of value acceptable for my clients intended use. Professionalism and respect toward my Clients, AMCs, Realtors, and Home Owners extends whenever possible in the accommodation of the Realtors or Home Owners convenience in performing my inspections, while maintaining client deadlines or explaining delays though open communications. No two appraisals are the same as I take an individual approach to each one; I do not rush inspections, I perform detailed research, I thoroughly explain both common and uncommon factors in my report. I treat my clients courteously and attempt to accommodate requests or reporting conditions with importance because client satisfaction is the most sincere form of advertising. My priorities of accommodation and client satisfaction however do not extend to any form of questionable business practices as my responsibilities as an appraiser are completely understood without sway or bias; an appraiser without credibility is an appraiser without work.
