I bought A Harmon P38+ for a decent price. They delivered on time and were great getting it to me. (Self installed). I damaged the stove while on a Generator that was overloaded and it killed the stove. I removed the PCBoard and checked out most of the components and they all seemed ok. The Main IC Chip on the board probably got Voltage Spiked and died. The Board would need to be replaced. I called to have the Stove Serviced and they have a 1 month lead time to get a tech out...This time of the year..thats understandable. The woman on the phone seemed to be disturbed that I removed the pcBoard out and check it out and see If it was something easily fixed. I couldn't wait the month wait time, so I started searching for places that sell the PCB. I Found a place that sells the New PCBoard for the Unit with an upgraded kit including new wiring harness etc. Did some price shopping and found it for 225 for the PCB and harness and installation kit. Directions were great and I'm burning.

While our initial experience was a bit of a misstep, Coombe's came back and made it right. Once we got over the early hurdle they were, frankly, a pleasure to deal with. They offered us very sound advice, provided us with excellent information and really went the extra mile to ensure that we were taking the best path possible. In this day and age, it s rare that you find such trustworthy assistance. We would recommend them.

i bought a harman 61a from this company a few years ago and have had few issues with the product but every time i did a quick phone call and the problem was explained to me a plus when you live an hour away they are always willing to take the time to talk you through the repair and offer all the parts you will need to do so this is a really good company and they stand behind there product

i just bought my second pellet stove from them this past December. i love it. i plan on getting another one for my rental property come early fall. i highly recommend them.

We bought 3 stoves from this store and I would never buy from them again. I had issues with the stoves not staying lit. I had 4 different repair people come out to fix and they could fix them. I had to find my own service person and the stoves are working fine.Their service is horrible and they do not stand behind the products that they sell.
