The doctor is highly qualified. But his only problem is the staff. The office manager (his wife) really messed up the billing and is sending out 2 and 3 year old billings. The nurse (his STEP daughter) has an attitude and is very arrogant to many of the patients. I hear that they can't keep good help because of the way the personalities are with the "teenage wanna be wife" and "the gotta have it all" daughter. If Dr Scallan would do away with this problem in his office. He would be the best in the area.
