Unable to write a favorable review due to difficulty in contacting their billing and business office during off hours. It is difficult to conduct other than emergency service related business with this company unless you are self employed or retired and can change your schedule to accommodate their limited office hours. Not very progressive in terms of today's high tech and 24 hour support oriented world. Unfortunately there are no other local telephone or internet service choices in the area to compete with this service.

Highly unrecommended! I am so sick of have the channels say no signal or scrambled!!! I bet if I did NOT pay all of my bill I would get a reaction from American Broadband! Maybe pay 75%, see how they like that. That's about right, you only get about 25% of the channel at one time!!!
