I have been going to Treccia Salon and seeing Dawn for the last 15 years. Every visit is a wonderful experience and I walk out feeling like a new woman every time. I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis. My entire family comes to Treccia, and we all love it. As of the dog from the previous comment, I'm pretty sure he is a service dog, sorry if that is offensive.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. The customer service is deplorable. Will never ever go back.

Horrible salon! Owner is rude and hads her dogs on the salon floor and upstairs! Very unsanitary! Appointment times are ignored and you sit and wait. When dawn finally does start cutting your hair she is either talking to her assistants the whole time or stops to take a phone call in the middle of your cut! Beware!

I've been going to Allie to have my hair done for years and now my 3 girls have her doing their hair also. All had been going to pricey salons and when they started seeing my haircuts, highlights & color, they all started having Allie do theirs. I don't see how you can go wrong having Allie cut and/or color your hair.

I have been going to Treccia for 8 years and after reading all the other reviews I can only agree with the "waiting" past your appointment time, I always have to wait BUT never an hour because I wouldn't, I'd get up and leave and never go back, my time is just as important! Bonnie does my hair and ALWAYS does a great job and people always comment on how great it looks. As for being treated "rude", I've always been treated nicely so maybe those complaining are getting back what they give? I know I will keep going because I have tried other places and have NEVER found anyone even close to being as good as Bonnie when it comes to doing hair.
Admittedly, Treccia Salon may not be a good choice for the woman or man "on the go." If you, like me, detest the waiting we do in doctors' offices, motor vehicle agencies, and five-star restaurants, you might have your patience tested at Treccia. If their "customer-service" skills are lacking, consider that most complaints are lodged by irate clients who are already at wit's-end because they were not prepared for the volume of customers ahead of them.Remember: When it IS your time in the chair you will get the undivided attention of a member of Dawn's staff who has been painstakingly mentored, for a minimum of one-year. There was never a "Stylist Wanted-with a following" sign posted in Treccia's front window. Each stylist is a product of Treccia's "farm-system" and each was, personally, trained by Dawn, a world-reknowned educator. Her goal was for each customer to be elated with the finished product, regardless of who did their hair. As for price: let's compare apples to apples!
I have been to may hair salons and have had many disappointments. I have never left a salon with out being 100 % satisfied with my hair. They treat you with the up most respect and are very kind to you. I will continue to go to Treccia Salon and i advise everyone to as well. There prices are good and there services are awesome. Id recommend everyone to to go at least once and I promise it will be awesome!
I have been going to the same hairdresser for the past 7 years, she has been at Treccia for 6 years. I have never left any less than thrilled with my hair. Constantly changing my hair color/style/length with current trends it always looks good. I am ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS asked where I get my hair done. I love the staff, everyone is friendly. It is not ever priced, you get what you pay for. Don't forget unlike a dress or a pair of pants, you have to wear your hair every day.
Terrible service. Rude management. Unfair treatment of customers. False advertising. Over priced. Horrible experience. I WILL NEVER go to Treccia Salon again and I advise others to avoid it as well.
First the bad news. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment with the owner, Dawn Warner, and finally had to settle for someone else to cut my hair. Considering this was my first appointment at Treccia, and considering that this was the owner who was at fault, that's quite disappointing! But, now for the good news. I "settled" for a haircut with Lauren Arnone, a young hairstylst there that trained at the Rizzieri school and mentored under Dawn Warner and apparently learned well. Ms. Warner never even came over to apologize to me, but Lauren was very friendly and apologetic and gave a very good hair cut. I've continued to visit Treccia Salon and have had Lauren continue to cut my hair and the cut just seems to get better with each visit, as Lauren becomes more familiar with me and my hair. I'd give this place 5 stars if not for that initial visit experience. Lauren is truly an asset at Treccia and even people at my job place have remarked "Great haircut!"
My Treccia Salon visit was horrible!! Not only did I have to wait for one hour past my scheduled appointment, the staff was rude and ignorant when I tried to inquire about the holdup. Believe it or not, the owner was the most offensive. She has the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.
GREAT NEW HAIR CUT
