This office is run very unproffessionally. I was new to the area and picked it based on the doctor's credentials. I went for a check up required by my employer. With insurance, I was required to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement from my insurance. I paid, then called the insurance, and then argued with the office. A month later I called for an appointment for an ear infection. After giving my name, I was put on hold for a long time. I was given an appointment almost two weeks from the date. I explained that I couldn't wait that long with an ear infection and might have to go elsewhere. I was advised that this was a good idea.
