I'm writing this so that no one has to experience what I did. I went there for a facial and to start things off...the room smells like smoke, is dingy, and the sheets had a stain. Then she didn't even look at my pores and just put a bunch of masks on. My face was so red and scabbed that I bawled when I looked in the mirror. However, she sent me on my way with a "it looks great!" I was so shocked that I turned my car around and went back to get my money. They tried to argue with me but I threatened them into giving me it back. Horrible customer service on their part. If you go their for a facial or hair removal services BEWARE. You may have to hide in your room for the next two weeks.

I came to tivon a couple of days ago to get some Nail polish because I heard they carried opi. I asked a lady for help and she went and asked one of the young ladies that does nails to come over and help me pick out a color. I forgot to ask this young ladies name but she was so helpful and brought me back to her station so I could test out the colors before I bought one. I am new to the area and I am very impressed with the service I got at tivon. The color she picked out for me matches my skin tone perfectly and I love it !

Tivon has a great vibe and everyone,front desk staff,stylists,nail techs they all are like a big family! You can tell they enjoy what they do and they do it GREAT!!! If you want to be pleased this is the place to be!!!!!

Miranda does the best hair, and if you want anything from a facial to an eyebrow wax, Homa is a must :) This is my absolute favorite salon and would recommend it to anyone!
