Whoa, is there any place else you can go? This was undoubtedly the worst room I have ever stayed in where I had to pay. The beds were dumpy and I scratched all night. I am hoping I dont have bed bugs from this. Also there IS no in-room coffee. The picture is of the lobby, where the morning breakfast(!?) is provided. Coffee and prewrapped honey buns and teeny tiny muffins/ This place is run on a shoestring which is about how thick the towels are, and the soap. Shampoo? Not a sign of any. The price is too much for this travesty of a motel

The worst group of people you will ever come across operate this hotel. They are the hands down worst hotel, wait shabby motel, experience I have ever had, and I've traveled rather extensively. In Blacksburg, Virginia, I expect to have a conversation with someone, even of foreign descent, where both parties can basically understand each others' needs. (Most everyone can draw a picture right?!) If you are happy with not being able to ask any questions whatsoever, then stay here. They will not answer your questions or even humor you with someone who might be able to. Their business model: they point, motion you to sign, and hold their hands out for money. By all means, if you enjoy being treated like your money doesn't count, feeling like a second rate citizen in your own state, and being an inconvenience, then enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our overnight stay here with two daughters. It is a nice hotel, and in excellent condition. It's about a mile from the VT Campus, but it's worth the drive. free wifi (high speed). Exceptionally friendly staff. Large room with comfortable beds, easy chair, desk, frig, micro. Nice furnishings, bed, pillows all the linen were fresh and clean. (Bull and Bones across the street!) People next door said they been staying here every time they visit their 3rd child since 2001.This was the least expensive hotel in the area and was a great value. We will stay again.
